Pumpkin Cinnamon Rolls

Happy Sunday! I made these for the first time 2 years ago when Elements had just been released, and have been making them every fall since. The smell of these baking is pure heaven - pumpkin, cinnamon, and the cozy fall spices that make me want to snuggle up with coffee, a blanket, and a good book on an overcast day. Too bad it's still 80 degrees here! I split my dough in half and made 2 pans of smaller rolls to take and share at work. These taste just as they should - caramely cinnamony pumpkin goodness wrapped up in a soft dough. The cream cheese buttermilk glaze makes these over the top delicious!

Hope everyone liked these as much as I did. Keep it sweet! Erin🌟

  1. Wonderful-looking cinnamon rolls, Erin! The one advantage the east coast might have over California weather-wise is a real autumn that makes pumpkin seem more appropriate! Glad we had the chance to meet in NYC!

  2. We loved them too, even though the weather here is also not particularly appropriate for pumpkin!
