Cinnamon Spritz Sandwich Cookies

These buttery, cinnamon spiced cookies paired with a light vanilla meringue are right up my alley! The crunch of the cookies against the silky meringue is a great textural contrast. Love spritz cookies, love meringue, so together these are perfect to me. ❤️

    Glad you loved them. I was hoping to make them this week, but unfortunately didn't. And I was really hoping to use up the swiss meringue in my freezer.
