Banana Caramel Pudding with Toasted Meringue

I love this combination of creamy caramel pudding, fresh bananas, Nilla wafers, and toasted meringue. Definitely one of my favorites and will make again for sure!

    I love your wild meringue formation-- it's awesome! I didn't whip mine stiff enough to do that. Glad you liked this one so much... you can keep your bananas, lady! ;-)
