Lemon Lime Champagne Granita

Happy Sunday and Happy 2014! The granita was a perfect treat to close out 2103. I love the bright citrus punch and the subtle champagne and mint undertones. This icey delight would be wonderful in a variety of flavors during the warmer summer months. Can't wait to try this one again with some fresh peaches, mangoes, or berries.

    This was a good recipe. I loved it! And the idea of adding mango flavour to it sounds delicious. Will definitely being making this again in the summer months.
