Bale Bars

Happy Sunday! These bars are a great combination of sweet, salty, and crunchy. You really have to enjoy peanuts and peanut butter to enjoy these, which I most definitely do. Upon cutting, they were kind of crumbly which gave me an awesome idea. I snacked on some...and chopped the rest up and folded them into homemade dark chocolate ice cream. Maybe my new favorite creation!

    Oh my! I mixed mine into vanilla ice cream. But this chocolate ice cream looks even better. (Looks like I need to buy some chocolate ice cream to use up the rest of my crumbly bits!)
