Sunrise Key Lime Tart

Happy Sunday! Since I missed the original posting date for this one, I had to make it up because citrus is one of my favorite flavors. This was super easy to put together, and luckily the recipe is the perfect size for a 9" tart pan, since that is all I have and I just went for it! The pretzel crust is perfectly salty against the sweet and tart lime filling, and the zest flecked whipped cream is the ultimate topping. This tart screams spring and summer, can't wait to make this again soon! LOVE!
