Hair of the Dog Cake

HAPPY 2015! I ditched the rum in the whipped cream and infused coconut instead. This cake is DELICIOUS - I used a spiced rum and the taste is subtle and perfect.

    Your broiled layer looks so good! Most of my caramel dripped between the cake and the sides of the pan, so the top was pretty meager. Still delicious though! I would love to try that coconut whipped cream... mmmm...

    Looks yummy. Coconut flavour with the rum would be great. Like a yummy rum drink. :)
